Shayo trekking has been Fantastic since day one of contract.Paul laid out the prices and the itineraries for each day for us,which were completely accurate.Shayo trekking matched the two of us with amazing guides that answered all of our questions from birds names to the history of Tanzania.
On Safari we stayed at a fantastic hotel with beautiful pool.We saw so many different animals that we are still counting the types.The hotel in Moshi had a great services responsive team who looked after all our needs.All of this amazing trip was credit to Shayo Trekking and Safaris

Paul Shayo has been managing his own company "Shayo trekking and Safaris Ltd." for over 13 years. He first attempted to summit Kilimanjaro at the age of 13 and only made it to Stella point, short about 1.5km to Uhuru Peak which is the tallest point in Africa. At the age of 25, Paul started his own company to share his passion and love of his own country to the world to include Kilimanjaro and Safaris. In 2012, my husband made a trip to Tanzania to do 3 things: 1) Climb Kilimanjaro, 2) Safari in Serengeti, and 3) a relaxing getaway in Zanzibar. He had a magical trip with 5 other friends thru Paul Shayo's company. In 2018, my husband and I made a trip together to Kilimanjaro for a special getaway just the two of us. We climbed Kilimanjaro thru Machame Route in 5 days, and spent 2 extra days in the Serengeti. Paul even spent personal time with us having a good meal, and went on the Safari with us. We 110% recommend Shayo trekking and Safaris company to everyone! They are English friendly, and even have staff who speak Chinese and German.
